Gridiron chimneys are made out of 16 gauge food grade stainless steel. That’s twice as thick as brand W. We hold 6″x6″x10″ worth of charcoal in a 12″ chimney (2″ chamber in the bottom for starter blocks), for a total of 360 cubic inches, enough to keep you going through the grilled peach dessert.
